Soundproofing Improvements in Bay Ridge

Bay Ridge residents are now sleeping soundly. They had initially filed complaints with the township stating that a number of Third Avenue bars, especially those located between 88th and 90th streets, were making way too much noise. They claimed the noise and crowds were causing them to lose sleep.

At a follow-up hearing, it was agreed that soundproofing measures, especially those taken by Shananigan’s, were making a huge dfiference. RJ’s Lounge has also taken significant soundproofing measures.

Contrary to a lot of other stories we’ve seen recently, it seems like these establishments just might be able to stay open – and remain welcome parts of their neighborhoods at the same time!
